Terms & Conditions
General website and transport-booking terms. Booking-specific terms supplied with a quotation or confirmation take precedence.

Quotations and bookings
A quotation should identify the journey, vehicle category, passenger count, travel date and inclusions. A transport service is not treated as confirmed until the required booking process and payment terms have been completed and a confirmation has been issued.
Itinerary changes
Changes to time, route, passenger numbers, extra stops or service hours can affect vehicle availability, driver hours and price. Requested changes should be made through the booking contact rather than agreed informally with a driver.
Waiting, access and delays
Airport, event and city access can be affected by traffic, security controls, road restrictions and designated coach areas. Organisers should allow reasonable boarding and traffic time. Any waiting allowance, overtime or additional-stop charge should be checked on the specific quotation.
Vehicles and suppliers
Exact vehicle make, model, age, colour and onboard features may vary unless specifically confirmed. Operational substitutions may be necessary, provided an appropriate transport solution is offered for the booked passenger requirement.
Cancellations and payments
Cancellation, deposit, refund and payment conditions can vary by quotation and supplier. The terms issued with the specific booking should therefore be reviewed before payment.
Passenger conduct and property
Passengers are expected to follow driver instructions and applicable safety requirements. Damage, excessive cleaning, prohibited behaviour or undeclared special equipment may lead to additional charges where permitted by the booking terms.
